What is the location size of a Buffalo Philly's and how many employees does it take to operate?

New unit size will be between 1,300 - 1,800 square feet with 25-50 seats, and staffed with 4-6 full time and 10-14 part time employees depending on overall size.

What areas are available and what type of ownership agreements are available?

All of the United States, except the following states: California, Hawaii, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, South Dakota, Rhode Island, Washington state, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Nebraska, Utah, and Wisconsin.  Buffalo Philly's is selling single unit, multiple units and area developer locations.

What does our Franchise Fee get us?
